    Finally some real coverage on melatonin and COVID-19. Personally, I believe moderate to high doses of melatonin (50mg to 200mg a day for a couple weeks) at first signs of symptomology could have prevented most deaths in the world, but this has been regarded as pseudoscience by most. It's not. Its important to consider that if melatonin was "correlated" with positive outcomes when intervention began after both initial symptoms and admission to the hospital, what it might be "correlated" to if the population had been advised to intervene immediately. The risk and reward propositions with melatonin as well as with D3 have been grossly distorted by MD's and the media in favor of excess caution, when relatively speaking, much less is warranted.
