Opinion

  1. Jonathan Jonathan United States says:

I don't want to come off as too irritated, but wouldn't be perhaps a bit too obvious that survey responders to a magazine such as "Self" would have an outstanding percentage of women with Eating Disorders?

This survey is comparable to a survey of people in a hospital, and asking who has medical problems. Your going to get the accurate responses, but the results aren't going to be representative of the entire female population.

Sorry for my rant, but it is the misleading title that is perhaps the most irking of this survey.

What I recommended: If the objective is to find what percentage of women have eating disorders, pick up a few telephone books from multiple locations, choose a random number "n" and starting dialing.
