    It’s also a common misunderstanding that consuming 100% fruit juice instead of whole fruit significantly impacts fiber consumption – but this is not always the case. In fact, a modeling study found that when 100% juice was replaced with whole fruit, fiber intake increased only slightly - by about 1 gram per day.
