Using HRMS for flexible bioanalysis across diverse molecules

What if you could confidently analyze everything from simple molecules to complex biologics with a single, adaptable workflow?

In this webinar, you will learn how high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) is revolutionizing bioanalysis, enabling you to solve some of the most prevalent analytical problems in drug discovery assays and regulated workflows.

A real-world case study with Meadowhawk Biolabs demonstrates how scientists use new methodologies to obtain sensitive quantitation and precise characterization across a wide range of analyte molecule types. While watching, you will:

  • Explore how HRMS can address bioanalytical difficulties, including both small molecules and complicated matrices
  • Find solutions to overcome the sensitivity bottleneck for small polar compounds and low-abundance biologics
  • See the demonstration of effective quantitative and qualitative workflows on an HRMS system, demonstrating a unified platform solution

You will also learn how flexible, high-resolution mass spectrometry instrument procedures can help you obtain dependable, high-quality data faster, simplify complexity, and boost trust in your results.

Whether you work in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or bioanalysis labs, this workshop will provide you with actionable techniques to improve your workflows and accelerate decision-making.

Speakers:

Andrew Pinkham, Principal Scientist II, Meadowhawk Biolabs

In November 2022, Andrew began working as a Principal Scientist II at Meadowhawk Biolabs. He earned a PhD in chemistry from Ohio State University, with a focus on bioinorganic chemistry. Andrew has eight years of experience working in regulated and unregulated bioanalytical LC-MS, with an emphasis on large-molecule quantitation.

Ryan Fantasia, Senior Scientist, LCMS Discovery Bioanalysis, Meadowhawk Biolabs

Ryan began working for Meadowhawk Biolabs in January 2023 as a Senior Scientist. He earned a degree in Marine Research from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where he studied biochemistry and molecular biology applications in environmental research.

Ryan has nine years of experience working in bioanalysis at several contract research firms, with his most recent work focusing on LC-MS bioanalysis of proteins and antibody drug conjugates.
