Stereotaxis to offer 6,500,000 shares to the public at $4.00 per share

Stereotaxis, Inc. announced today that it had priced the public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common at a price to the public of $4.00 per share. Stereotaxis has granted the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. LeVOCC air purification system destroys the PR8 strain of the H1N1 virus

LeVOCC, Inc. today announced that independent laboratory testing has conclusively demonstrated that the LeVOCCTM air purification system successfully destroys a strain of the H1N1 virus.
