The study reveals that the gut probiotic Christensenella tenuis significantly alleviates endotoxemia and metabolic disorders in a diet-induced obesity (DIO) mouse model by modulating gut bile acids (BAs) metabolism and suppressing lipopolysaccharide (LPS) translocation across the gut barrier.
