FreeZone 4.5 Liter Benchtop Freeze Dryers are ideal for laboratories working with light to moderate sample volumes. Their compact size makes them especially suitable for spaces with limited bench area.

The stainless steel upright collector coil can hold up to 4.5 liters of ice before requiring defrost. A 3/4-inch thick collector lid includes a 3-inch diameter port for connecting drying accessories (sold separately) and is sealed with a neoprene gasket.

It is necessary to have a vacuum pump that can move at least 98 L/min, has an ultimate pressure of 0.007 mBar, and fits a 3/4 in. ID vacuum hose.
