Forterus reports strong revenues for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009

Forterus Inc. (Pink Sheets: FTER), which, through its ABTTC Inc. division, provides drug and alcohol rehabilitation and other behavioral healthcare services, announced today revenues increased to $1.3 million, or $0.09 per share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009 compared to revenues of $1.04 million, or $0.077 per share, for the first quarter of 2009.

Forterus announced net income of $32,921, or $0.002 per share, for the second quarter of 2009 compared to net income of $15,287, or $0.001 per share, for the first quarter of the year. Revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2009, was $2.34 million, or $0.1735 per share, with net income of $48,208, or $0.004 per share.

"During August 2009, we opened another facility in Southern California, increasing our total capacity by 11 percent, and we have filed a Conditional Use Permit for a 22-bed facility in Ventura County, California," said Paul Howarth, CEO. The financial results were filed in an 8K with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
