Realm Real Estate is proud to announce the signing of a 20,000 sq ft lease in the Palmdale Corporate Center with new tenant Sierra Medical Group. In spite of soft leasing trends and poor economic conditions, Realm RE has been able to surpass the market's downturn and procure steady leasing of its project. Brokerage Company, Ramsey Shilling, has secured a lease with Sierra beginning April 2010 to occupy 20,000 sq ft of the Palmdale Corporate Center. First tenant, DeVry University, currently occupies 12,500 sq ft of its Phase 1 building, completed in July 2008.
The 240,000 sq ft Palmdale Corporate Center, consisting of four 60,000 sq ft buildings, is Palmdale's newest Class A office development in over 10 years. Located in the heart of Palmdale's Trade & Commerce Center, it will provide necessary office space for those in the professional and medical field, while supporting the city's economic growth through an influx of employment opportunities.
