Free health reform webcast on health risk management, wellness for employers

Employers concerned about new health insurance rules under the new health reform law will get practical tips during Lockton's free Health Reform Summit online May 4-5 and May 11-12.

The free health reform webcasts include simple explanations of the new law, plus insights on health risk management and wellness.  In addition, Lockton experts will provide financial impact analysis and benefit plan design guidance, advice on how to motivate and retain employees in these changing times, and practical health reform case studies to help employers understand their options.

Each segment includes a live online question and answer session with leading experts on compliance, financial analysis, health risk management, or plan design.  To accommodate busy schedules, the free Lockton Health Reform Summit is held in two half-day online sessions.  The Summit will also be available "on demand" for those who prefer to view recorded sessions.

"These webcasts provide employers specific information about how to address health reform requirements," says Mike Brewer, President of Lockton Benefit Group.  "We will simplify the core issues for business leaders, human resource managers, chief financial officers, and other executives.  If you are responsible for guiding your business' response to the health reform law, this summit will help you reach informed decisions."
