(Pink Sheets: TPNL), a payment solutions company, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register its common stock pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Form 10 includes a description of the business of the company, management's discussion and analysis of financial conditions and a description of the securities to be registered, as well as other legal and financial disclosures subject to amendment. Upon the effectiveness of the Form 10, the company will become a public reporting company. The Form 10 is available through the public website of the SEC at www.sec.gov.
