UBH El Paso expands facility to offer mental health services

University Behavioral Health (UBH) of El Paso has opened a third floor with 40 new beds.  The 18,000 square foot addition allows UBH to offer mental health and chemical dependency services to more patients in El Paso and surrounding areas.  

"With this expansion, we are pleased to offer care to more patients," said Kim Whitelock, CEO of UBH El Paso.  "We have served the greater El Paso region since November 2007 and look forward to continuing our commitment of providing high quality psychiatric services to the community."

University Behavioral Health is centrally located at 1900 Denver Avenue in El Paso.  The 115,000 square foot facility has 163 beds and provides inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare services.  Within these treatment settings, UBH offers specialty programs that are individually tailored to the needs of patients in the military, the women's population, the youth and senior adult population and faith-based groups.
