    We might well have tipped already. It is self evident that we have toasted this Planet [Look at the Frontiers because it is there you are seeing the consequences being amplified Horn of Africa Phillipines] to a Point where I think we have a CAP on net Agri Output. The Gap between the current situation and effective Policy Action is very wide. We remain in the handwringing stage. This Gap will not narrow anytime soon.

    Look at Sugar, Tea and Cocoa. They are all boiling over and leading the Soft Commodity Complex, which I do believe is shifted to higher ground, permanently.
