    Teff is certainly the staple food of Ethiopia but I'm not sure if it can be called a superfood (does  "superfood" even have any meaningful definition)? It is invariably eaten fermented as Injera bread so it would be useful to know if modification by fermentation has any positive or negative effects on the microbiota?
