    This is serious surgery! Doctors apparently do not CARE about your condition mentally or physically AFTERWARDS. People who overeat and or do not exercise NEED COUNSELING BEFORE AND AFTER surgery.  AND, they especially need to understand how they will LOOK. I have several friends who HATE the loose skin and folds more than the fat they had before.  Counseling SHOULD BE REQUIRED before and after any of these procedures.
