I suffer from allergy rhinitis inflamed sinus constantly. I have to live with it, fragrances detergents anything fragrant fumes, smoke mould dust mites drives me crazy, but like most of us we have to struggle and live with it and put up with it. Doctors can offer a nose spray antihistamines which to help, but have to use every day for the rest of our lives, because And unfair world we live in fragrances! and it winds me up when others just don’t understand you’ve told them once you’ve told them twice, but they still don’t listen and then what can we do we just can’t see that person anymore!
