    Why don't you just give doctors magic amulets, maybe on a keychain.  As long as they are believing in one Draconian mythology, they should streamline for efficiency sake and use Voodoo to expedite their patients healing and get their spiritual experience at the same time.  Get another multi-million dollar grant (try Templeton) and call it Medicine and Voodoo.  Keep that puerile spirituality flame burning.
