This is an observational study, one of the things that belongs in the discussion section is "what did all thrombosis cases have in common?", another should be "what did all non-thrombosis cases have in common?". What is the advantage of hiding this information from the reader? What is the explanation for children in grade school held to a higher journalistic standard than you?
