1. Taking NAD+ supplent for tumor patients

    Hello, As a patient with a macroprolactinoma without professional medical knowledge, I am not sure what to get from this info.  I take NAD+ supplements.  is this precisely fuel for the tumor and can it promote tumor growth or does it inhibit the growth of tumors?  Any response is appreciated.  The last thing I want is to make my tumor bigger😁
