    This was a controlled study. 130k people ALL with insomnia. 65k (half) took melatonin. Their heart issues differed from the half that didn't. They controlled for 40 other factors, to ensure that melatonin use was the only significant difference.

    This study was not reckless at all, but shows you just read the intro or headline and decided to try to discredit the findings from that. *That* is reckless.
