1. Tonya Tonya United States says:

It's good to allow Asst. D.A. Fallon to indicate that confessions are not useful to diagnose children, but at the same time they are being used to provide statistics and the D.A. should know that guilty pleas are entered as confessions, which further serves to bump up statistics. So which is it?  Confessions are unscientific or allowed to be used as research models?  For that matter, Dr. Block, you're right:  children are dying while we argue. When will you start testing for the metabolic disorders, the nutritional deficiencies like vitamin C and D, bleeding disorders that are known adverse reactions to vaccines and acknowledging that some subdural hematomas do not absorb after birth injury? When we find out what's really happening, we can stop the disorders and diseases from maiming and killing our infants. Until then, shaking alone has been proven over and over not to provide the threshholds demanded by PHYSICS and physiology to cause the injuries attributed to this "syndrome."  SIDS was the favored "I don't know" syndrome not that many years ago. How convenient we've found another and this one makes so much more money for everyone except the families who pay through the nose and the babies who pay with their lives.
