    Doesn't the contribution to BMJ Opinion yesterday (23rd) - "How power imbalances in the narratives, research, and publications around long covid can harm patients" by Chew-Graham, Lokugamage & Simpson - appear more relevant and informative for most readers, than this long rehearsal of the same old desires for a dichotomy between largely assumed 'behavioural' and not fully evidenced 'physical' views applied to Long Covid in particular amongst post-infectious illness presentations, as informed by disputes around ME~CFS?
