Maryland Health Exchange is one of most mismanaged IT initiative. There are no "rules of engagements". There are bunch of "conflict of interest". Supervisor bringing consultants from own subcontracting company and approving over time for his/her own contractors. Consutant are flying weekly from various parts. None of above make economical sense for such big IT initiative. Such a misuse of tax payer money.

Well managed IT project should have kept all of above under control.

Tax payer of maryland should wake up and ask for investigation for such non-ethical business practices.
