    The title, "Comparison of complaints following second and third COVID mRNA vaccine doses" suggests that this article is about how vaccine side-effects vary based on the number of doses received.  However, the conclusions section of the article is about the degree of protection that different numbers of doses afford from the after-effects of a COVID infection.  This same ambiguity appears in other places throughout the article.  Ultimately, we have to believe the conclusions section, but the conflict makes for a confusing read.
