My 38 yr. old DS daughter is, as I type this, in Spartanburg Regionial Hospital in Spartanburg, SC. She developed her first clot 20 yr. ago...on Warafrin for those 20 yr..from Jan-Sept, 2013 INR wouldn't be in range...doc switched her to Xarelto. She fell Mar. 2, 2014. Foot started swelling the 4th...went to doctor, elevate, ice, etc..Mar.14 foot really swollen & red..bac to doc...to SRHS...cellulitis and clot in same place as 20 yr. ago...how can I get her in your trial? Please, I want her to be free of this...not have to take anticoagulants...live her wonderful, happy life as best she can...I really need your help. It really makes me sad when doctors dismiss or don't care about her because "she's Down Syndrome" she does lead a very active life. Thanks to anyone that takes the time to read this.
