    Hi...pre 1st vaccine (May) i had a resting heart rate of 42bpm...  i was effected pretty bad, I was ill for 5 days, elevated heart rate included..

    Currently my RHR is 62bpm.. I still train the same amount as pre covid.. im a white 45 5'10 male... any thoughtss
