    Dear Sirs.
    I was very hopeful when I read the report on the ALN-TTR01 RNAi efficiently developed by this company because I am the bearer of Amyloidosis genetics and plenty of time to try a treatment that leads me to cure this disease highly lethal (5 to 10 years). In the near past October I sent a mail (email) requesting an opinion of you and up to now received no reply. I want to reiterate the request because the state already that I am deficient in the tetraplegia and no drug specifically for the stabilization of the disease. I offer myself if necessary to serve as a guinea pig for drug development or go to the United States for consultation.
