    The GOTeas said the shutdown was an economic EMERGENCY derived from the Affordable Care Act.

    Now they say 'we let that hostage go, but we're still going into default and destroying economic recovery, unless you meet 'other' demands we haven't actually defined yet.

    Congress has a fiduciary and judicial obligation to pay the bills for the laws and things they themselves incurred, it is really quite simple.
