I was looking for information about curcumin supplements and wondered if you need all curcuminoids or just curcumin to get the benefits. I saw products like this one on Amazon that has all curcuminoids and trying to understand the difference from just curcumin?

    Combine 1 c. coconut milk, 1 c. water, heat in a pan, not necessary to boil it. Stir in 1 Tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. turmeric. I stir in 2 tsp. ghee too. Ghee is very easy to make. Ghee is butter that has been brought to a boil twice in a pot. Strain it using cheese cloth in a wire strainer. Ghee will keep on the counter for 1 or 2 months. No need to refrigerate it. I also use ghee to scramble my eggs in.
