    No?  Really? I'da expect a statement like that from my young teen: "Dad...It's cold in here because it's December in Chicago and all the windows are open in our house!"  Yer funny!

    Of course premiums will rise!...when someone has to pay to insure non-student dependents to 26, cover more pre-existing conditions, expand certain benefit categories across the board and add a whole bunch of other "uninsured" to the roster; among other cost factors.
