He said my next option is to deal with it or try an sleeping med. She is little I figured that we would go with what her body makes already. (history- her father and I both suffer from sleep issues- him sleep apnea and me boughts of sever insomnia- as in 1 hour of sleep if I'm lucky during these times.) I also use the melatonin, I've tried several sleep meds and even after 8-10 hours of sleep I can't function.
