    First of all, for us in the northern states it's dark now when kids are heading to school. Have you seen start times? Second of all most if not all of the kids around here are either driven to school or their parents sit with them in the car at a bus stop. When my kids were in school, and we lived pretty far out of town, they would have to be at the bus stop by 6:30 or so in the morning... it's dark...and no one is really awake, so I really don't think stopping the time change is really going to make going to school more dangerous. And if y'all think it is, then petition your school district to start later....they should be anyway.
