    The truth still lands in the fact that the employer HAS TO retain an attorney when a claimant does so you can probably double your attorney cost figure. But more importantly attorneys almost always ADD to the claim: additional injured body parts loss of sleep, loss of consortium, and the list goes on. The goal of the attorney is NOT to get their client well but to make the claim as valuable as possible in an effort to increase their income from that claim. Most of the time the victim is the claimant as they are a vehicle to the attorney’s income and they get drug through a lengthy claim in an effort to increase the value of the claim as opposed to getting the individual well and back into the workforce.
