    Great article discussing Hyponatremia SIADH in cancer. I’m surprised more oncologist  aren’t using UreaAide or any other tasty Urea that’s on the market for SIADH. We Nephrologist love Urea especially compared to Tolvaptan (high cost), salt tablets (edema HTN), or lasix (volume depletion/hypokalemia/gout/cramps. Why do you think that is? Is Urea just not common enough yet in the US market?
