    Sadly, the patients are only considered as a minor factor, with statements such as "treatment FOR patients".  

    There is another statement "Hopefully, these results will promote integration of this information into treatment decision-making discussions."  That's fine but a study such as this can become a death sentence for many men when insurance companies, e.g., Medicare, use it to deny payment for treatment.  Shouldn't the patients be the final decision makers once they know the risk/benefit scenario?
