I am so proud of this father to care enough about his children's welfare to get them vaccinated, and keep them safe.

It is unfortunate the current state of choices being made for the public that lacks common sense and vision, and therefore negatively impacts coverages.

The father should file a claim appeal with his insurance company, as medically necessary backed against a human history of measles vaccination spanning since 1963.

Vaccinations are medically necessary to keep the herd of humanity healthy and well and though ALL vaccines have risk since the inception of vaccines, let it not be said, in the rear view mirror of history, we took better care of our livestock animals, who are routinely vaccinated for protection, than our own selves, just to satisfy one person's antiquated "torn lace curtain," country-side, snake oil idea of how medicine should be for everyone.

Why not just revert to being cavemen, women, and children if you are going to approach modern medicine that way?
