I have measured and im just over 3centimeters full, is that normal that. I have stretched, and it never makes 2inches.  If you think hard. Its like the size of my thumb nail, not the thumb. I not to bothered it tiny, is what is. If I didn't have any foreskin. You probably wouldn't see the thing. But yeah why me.
