    This is not remotely a new technique.  Microsurgical reconstruction has been practiced for at least twenty years, and specialist clinics, such as The Center for Restorative Breast Surgery in New Orleans, have been performing this high hip (above the SGAP site) reconstruction for years.  It's nice the Johns Hopkins is finally following suit and offering a better option to their patients, but to tout it as new is dishonest.  It's doubly dishonest if they've been failing to tell their slimmer patients about it over the years simply because they weren't offering it at the time.
