1. Armour Thyroid saved me

    Dear Julie, I, too am allergic to Synthroid - it almost killed me.  I am also allergic to Sulpha - maybe there is a relationship between sulphur and sulpha.  I saw on the Forest web site, that they have started to produce 60 mg. (1 grain) of Armour Thyroid again.  I have to call my prescription provider and see if they have any.  I'm sure the production of the H1N1 vaccine is related to the unavailibility of the dessicated porcine thyroid.  The Doctors act like no one can be allergic to Synthroid - thank goodness, we had a Naturopath in town who told me to go on Armour.  When I started, my body totally relaxed and I've been fine since.   Karen
