I was wondering about that myself.  Chymotrypsin and papain are both protease enzymes to be avoided.  But looking for a safe enzyme for clotting fibrin/embolism inhibition, since this is a blood clotting disease, and have some nattokinase on hand.  It seems like all proteases are a gamble right now.
