Neha is a digital marketing professional based in Gurugram, India. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Rajasthan with a specialization in Biotechnology in 2008. She has experience in pre-clinical research as part of her research project in The Department of Toxicology at the prestigious Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Lucknow, India. She also holds a certification in C++ programming.

She started her career as a content writer and over the years, earned extensive experience in writing, working with companies in diverse sectors, including Information Technology, Intellectual Property, a naval architectural company, and a payment wallet company.

She has conceptualized and managed all content touchpoints, including blogs, transactional and promotional communication, ensuring all the content is brand consistent and SEO optimized across all marketing channels - mobile app, website, social media, emails, and offline channels.

She has extensive experience in Email marketing with knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Oracle Responsys and Netcore Smartech. As part of her role in Marketing Communications teams, she has handled in-house content management systems, cross-channel marketing programs, transactional and promotional messaging, and large-scale marketing programs to drive business growth.

During her tenure at Oxigen Services Pvt. Ltd., a payment wallet company, she developed a keen interest in Volunteering. She participated in the E&Y Global Partnership Summit held in New Delhi in 2017 and earned laurels as part of the Behind the Scenes Team.

Neha is passionate about secondary research, marketing analytics, and medical writing. In her free time, Neha loves to read fiction, experiment with new recipes, and read stories to her daughter Ashna or play with her.
