Real American Brands, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RLAB) announced today that the company has approved plans to pursue and operate an emergency and non-emergency health services transportation division, to be developed in close consultation with transport and medical personnel who have broad experience in the field.

According to CEO Doug Newton, "The mission of RLAB's new division will be to serve America's 80 million strong baby-boomer generation as well as non-boomers whose lifestyle and/or healthcare needs will increasingly require affordable, assisted door-to-door surface Transportation delivered in a highly personal, comfortable professional, reliable and safety-first manner."

Newton said there is "tremendous opportunity for customer service, innovation, sales growth and profitability in the assisted medical transportation field, as more and more citizens will need to travel safely and economically to and from doctors' appointments, physical therapy, dialysis centers, nursing homes, airports, personal functions, family visits or any other purpose. Many insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid are expected to continue reimbursing for this service under existing and/or new health reform laws."

"At the same time, medical transportation is a business where the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction are paramount, so well deserved and demanded by our targeted clientele. It's also an industry still under-served throughout the country today," Newton said.

"You could say we aim to be an 'assisted living' 'service on wheels,'" Newton added. "We already own the URL www.AssistedTransport.Com and will announce further plans soon to report on the company's progress on the road to delivering quality transportation-care to millions of Americans in the years ahead."
