EFT BioTech Holdings, Inc. U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, specifically stated, "We believe that this is a region vital to global progress, prosperity and peace, and we are fully engaged with our partners in ASEAN on a wide range of Challenges." This statement comes at a time where renewed and positive relations with many countries, including Vietnam, are essential to U.S. exports, trade relations and political policy.
