Anpath Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ANPG), announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) has expanded its growth opportunities in the Korean market with the appointment of FAB, USA (FAB) as a distributor in Korea. Early this year Anpath announced significant growth in sales of its EnviroTru® Disinfectant Cleaner in Korea.
The Company reported that the appointment FAB, USA was effective September 28, 2009 and ESI has received initial orders from FAB in excess of $159,000. Through its distribution network, FAB has secured multiple influential customers in a variety of markets including police departments, banks, military, government segments, cosmetic companies and pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and AstraZeneca. Andy Kim, President of FAB, USA expressed his excitement with the ESI relationship. Mr. Kim explained that like the US there is a growing concern in South Korea over the use of harsh, environmentally incorrect chemicals to clean and disinfect surfaces. He stated that FAB recognizes the advantages of the ESI technology and its ability to provide effective and safe products.
EnviroTru® is a multi-purpose disinfectant, sanitizer and deodorizing cleaner effective against numerous organisms, including MRSA. EnviroTru® is registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and meets requirements for Toxicity Category IV (minimal effects noted, no precautionary or first aid statements required; no harmful dermal, ocular, inhalation or ingestion effects), which is the lowest toxicity level available on the market today. EnviroTru® does not require protective clothing, gloves or special ventilation, and has passed AMS 1452A and AMS 1453 specifications for non-corrosion and materials compatibility.
