AcuMedspa Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMSZ), is proud to announce another milestone in its growth and acquisition campaign in which it expects to acquire multiple locations and open free standing AcuMedSpa locations throughout South Florida and beyond.

AcuMedSpa has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Face and Body Works Day Spa, Inc. of Lake Worth, Fl (http://faceandbodyworks.net/) which has been in business for over 14 years and has consistently been both profitable and cash flow positive. The closing of this transaction is expected to be completed by the end of January, 2010. AcuMedSpa projects that this location can potentially generate over $500,000.00 in revenue in 2010.

As progress is made on this and other acquisition and growth targets, we will continue to update our stockholders. We are striving towards expanding our revenues in 2010 to $10,000,000 with $2,000,000 in net income and believe that acquisitions such as this coupled with organic and strategic growth will enable us to achieve this.

Brian Sperber, President of AcuMedSpa, stated, "This is an exciting first step in our growth, we expect this acquisition to be the first of many we close in 2010. Along with the acquisitions we have targeted over the short term, we expect to open stand alone locations attracting more and more clientele to our unique and exciting services."
