International Merchant Advisors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IMAI) www.imaiinc.com announced today that the company's subsidiary, Organic Science, Inc. has signed a management agreement to operate the Healing Arts Cooperative Medical Marijuana dispensary located in San Diego, California and to operate the cooperative as the manager of the facility on behalf of its non profit owners. Healing Arts is an existing, revenue generating facility, fulfilling the needs of medical marijuana patients on a daily basis.
Organic Science CEO John Flinn said, "IMAI intends to become one of the leading managers and owners of both non profit facilities in California and for profit centers in those states such as Colorado that allow the operation of for profit medical marijuana clinics. Unlike other public companies in this space, such as Medical Marijuana Inc. or Cannabis Science Inc., we believe that IMAI is the only publicly traded company that is now generating actual revenues from the operations of clinics, and we project additional revenues over the next twenty four months that exceed $10,000,000 from facilities that we either already manage today or have active plans in place for opening and operation."
