ZYTO reports record net income of $171,362 for 2009

ZYTO Corp (Pink Sheets:ZYTC)(www.ZYTO.com) reported record financial results for the full fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, including its highest-ever annual revenues, operating income and earnings per share.

For the full fiscal year, net income was $171,362, up from a loss of $1,069,502 for the year ended December 31, 2008. Revenue for the full fiscal year was $3,206,148, up from $1,937,853 in revenue for the year ended December 31, 2008.

Commenting on the 2009 results, Kami J. Howard, CFO, said, "2009 was a pivotal year for ZYTO as we made the transition to profitability. The positive results are highlighted by our subscription revenue model, marketing initiatives, improved internal systems, and strong overhead cost controls."
