CompCare joins Peoples Health network as exclusive managed behavioral healthcare provider

Comprehensive Care Corporation (CompCare) (OTCBB: CHCR) today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract to provide behavioral health services for Peoples Health. Based in Metairie, Louisiana, Peoples Health is an entirely physician-owned and operated local organization that provides benefits exclusively to Medicare recipients in southeast Louisiana. The CompCare contract started on June 1, 2010 and is designed to ensure accessible, high-quality services for the 45,000 Peoples Health Medicare Advantage plan members. The new partnership marks CompCare's entry into the Louisiana market.

Our contract with Peoples Health is an important milestone in reaching our goals," said CompCare Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer Clark Marcus.
