Endocyte files registration statement for public offering of common stock

Endocyte, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing targeted small-molecule drug conjugates, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. The joint book-running managers of the proposed offering will be RBC Capital Markets and Leerink Swann LLC. Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences and Baird are acting as co-managers for the offering.

A registration statement relating to the common stock has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective.
