Supplemental Health Care's Miamisburg, Ohio, operation has been named the "2015 Best Employment Agency" by a prestigious local program that honors local businesses for the use of innovative strategies to grow their organizations. Supplemental Health Care, a leader in healthcare staffing solutions, was recognized for its effective approach to marketing, customer service and community leadership.
Supplemental Health Care has operated in the Dayton area for nearly 10 years and relocated its business to Miamisburg three years ago. The office is staffed by nearly a dozen professionals who work closely with area healthcare organizations to recruit and place high-skilled and much-needed medical professionals such as nurses, physical and occupational therapists and lab technicians. Supplemental Health Care develops custom workforce strategies that support a variety of medical organizations including hospitals, outpatient and rehabilitation facilities, adult day centers, government facilities, schools and home health.
"This reward is a reflection of the dedication our staff has to serve our clients," said Matthew Stierwalt, area manager for Supplemental Health Care. "We not only want to find the right person for the job, we want to find the right job for the person. The result is a relationship that ensures the best patient care and outcomes."
Earlier this year, Supplemental Health Care's largest office in Buffalo, N.Y., was recognized by the Buffalo Business Journal as one of that city's "Best Places to Work" for the second consecutive year.
"Our ongoing growth and success across the country is directly attributable to our culture," Supplemental Health Care CEO Janet Elkin said. "We're passionate about the role we play in helping our clients provide the best medical care possible for their patients."
